By accessing or using Milerock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Milerock is a mobile application that provides:

• Goal tracking and milestone management
• Progress monitoring and achievement tracking
• Calendar synchronization and scheduling
• AI-powered goal breakdown and recommendations
• Focus mode and productivity features
• Goal streaks and achievements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Milerock, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Milerock only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person
• Engage in any conduct that restricts others' use of the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Introduce viruses or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission

5. User Content

By submitting content to Milerock (including goals, milestones, and notes), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for Service operation and improvement
• Represent that you have the right to submit the content
• Agree that your content will not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Milerock and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Service

7. Privacy

Your use of Milerock is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Milerock may require a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

9. Third-Party Services

Milerock may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

Third-party services integrated with Milerock are subject to their own terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILEROCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Damages exceeding amounts paid to us in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milerock, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your user content

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Conduct harmful to other users or the Service
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Milerock shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Effective Date"
• Sending email notification to registered users

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Milerock regarding the use of the Service.

By using Milerock, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
